To ensure a smooth and successful tent installation, the following conditions must be met:

The setup area must be level and free of obstacles.
Accessible driving space is needed for equipment unloading.
If staking, a utility locate report must be provided in advance.
The exact tent placement must be pre-marked before setup.
A minimum of 6 feet of clearance is required around the tent perimeter.
If staking is not possible, concrete weights will be required for anchoring.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in the tent NOT being set up, and NO refund will be issued.
