Delivery and pick up are quoted separately based on location, surface, special requirements and access. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked and require restacking in the same area for pickup.
Tent Features:
- Suitable for set ups on level grass surfaces. Set ups on asphalt will require concrete weights at an additional charge.
- Commercial-grade, weather-resistant, fire-retardant fabric meeting Canadian & US safety standards
- Anchored using 2″ certified ratchets and 42″ long stakes
Important Requirements:
- Setup area must be level and free of obstructions
- Driving access required for delivery and setup
- Utilities locate report needed if staking the tent; weighted blocks used as needed for an additional charge
- Tent permits (if required) are the customer’s responsibility
- At least 6 feet clearance around the tent perimeter
- Site visit before booking to confirm placement and requirements
