Rental Requirements

To ensure a smooth and safe installation, please review the following site requirements before booking:

Level, obstruction-free ground: The setup area must be clear of obstacles, including trees, fences, and structures.
Accessible setup location: Drive-up access is required for delivery and installation.
Utility clearance for staking: If the tent will be staked, we must request a line locate to have underground utilities marked before installation. The client must inform us of any private lines such as sprinklers. Any damage resulting from staking is the responsibility of the client.
Exact tent placement marked in advance: The client must determine and mark the final location prior to setup.
Sufficient perimeter space: A minimum of 6 feet of clearance around the tent is required for safe installation.
Anchoring method confirmed: The tent must be secured using stakes or concrete blocks, depending on site conditions. Additional charges apply for ballasts.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in the tent NOT being set up, and NO refund will be issued.
