Our 20′ x 40′ High Peak Marquee Tent is the ideal choice for larger weddings, corporate events, community functions, festivals, and outdoor celebrations. Seating Capacity:

• Seats 72 to 96 guests at 6′ rectangular tables
• Seats 96 to 120 guests at 8′ rectangular tables
• Seats 64 to 80 guests at 60″ round tables
• Standing capacity for cocktail-style events: approximately 120 to 150 guests

Tent Features:

• Meets all Canadian and U.S. fire retardant codes: CAN ULC-S109, NFPA 701, and California State Fire Marshal
• Made from durable 16 oz. vinyl
• Weather-resistant and designed to withstand various conditions

Anchoring & Setup Requirements:

• Level ground free of obstructions
• Drive-up access required for installation
• At least 6 feet of clearance around the tent perimeter
• Utility locate report required if staking into the ground (alternatively, tent can be secured with concrete blocks)

Anchoring Options:

• Staking (Preferred): We use 2″ certified ratchets and 42″ long stakes for maximum stability. A utilities locate report is required before staking. We do not stake into asphalt or gravel. We will request a line locate with Ontario One Call before installation to mark underground utilities. A staking waiver is required, releasing Pursue Event Rentals Inc. from liability for any damage to underground utilities, pipes, or lines.
• Concrete block anchoring: If staking is not possible, we use 350lbs concrete blocks as ballasts. $35 per block extra.

Optional Add-Ons:

• Lighting: $1/ft.
• French Window Sidewalls: $2/linear ft.
